The scent.
It opens with a jarring hit of citrus and dark florals, blood orange, pink peppercorn, and bergamot. The stab you never saw coming.
Then saffron, and ylang ylang rise through from the ashes. This is where the healing begins.
Finally, it settles into a velvet-smooth finish of caramelised vanilla, labdanum, and patchouli. A warmth that lingers like a power wrapped in velvet.
